To make travel to the Houston area easier, IAH has conveniently housed all rental car agencies into one common facility. This new two-level facility is served by one common bus system which is operated by First Transit, a division of First Group America. This new bus system replaces the individual rental car company buses, reducing the number of buses from 126 to 23 resulting in less confusion and a cleaner, more efficient transport system.

So when you arrive at the Bush Intercontinental Airport, you can simply collect your baggage, and then look for the signs to the Rental Car Shuttle Bus. There is one common shuttle bus which will transport you to the nearby facility --- the buses are white and maroon marked "Rental Car Shuttle"
