A: The rental car center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Bus service runs around the clock. However, you should check with your individual rental car company to confirm their hours.

Q: When I arrive at the airport, where will the shuttle bus be located?
A: When you arrive, you will proceed outside the baggage claim area to the passenger pick up area.

Q: What do the shuttle buses to the rental car center look like?
A: The shuttles are full size buses, that are white and maroon marked "Rental Car Shuttle."

Q: Are any of the rental car companies using their own buses to get to the rental center?
A: No. All rental car companies are using a common busing system. You will no longer ride on individual rental companies shuttle buses.

Q: How long does it take to get to the rental car center from the airport?
A: The bus trip to the rental car center is no longer than 5 minutes.

Q: I am arriving with a lot of luggage, will there be people there to assist on the bus or at the rental center?
A: Yes, there are Customer Service Representatives that are there to assist you at all times. If you need special assistance, just let the driver know.

Q: I am staying at the Marriot hotel at the airport, does the shuttle bus make a stop there?
A: If you are traveling to the Marriot hotel at Intercontinental Airport, you will need to depart at Terminal B and take the inter-terminal train to the hotel.

Q: Does the shuttle bus stop at any of the airport hotels?
A: The rental car shuttle does not make stops at any hotels at or near the airport. Local hotels provide their own shuttle services for your convenience.

Q: When I return my car how do I get back to the airport?
A: You will need to go to the bus level at the rental car center and get on one of the white and maroon buses marked "Rental Car Shuttle".

Q: How much time should I alot if I have to return a rental car before my flight departs?
A: It is recommended that you arrive at the rental center AT LEAST 2 hours in advance of your flights departure time.

Q: If I don't know which terminal my flight is departing from, how do I know which bus to get on?
A: On the bus level at the rental car center there are flight monitors. From there, you can check your gate information before boarding the rental car shuttle.
